Justine Plenkiewicz has been a volunteer on the Executive Committee of the Cayman Islands Triathlon Association since 2012. She assists with setting up triathlons and other races in the Cayman Islands, and was co-race director for the Mercuryman Half Ironman 2015, 2016 and 2017.
