Claritas was delighted to host its now annual regulatory seminar on 19th September 2023. Over 100 clients and colleagues mingled over coffee and cake and participated in a regulatory seminar entitled ‘Cayman Compliance where are we now and what does the future hold?’ Elisabeth, Justine and Katie discussed the Cayman Islands and its anticipated removal from the Grey List, updates regarding the administrative fine regime, regulatory updates including prudential matters and the impact of AML on commercial litigation. The first year of operations for Claritas Legal and Claritas Compliance were also reviewed and there were interesting questions from the audience. We look forward to hosting another informative and interactive seminar next September!
