Claritas was delighted to have Elisabeth’s article, ‘Regulatory Enforcement, Developments in the Cayman Islands’, published in the May edition of the International Enforcement Law Reporter (IELR Vol 39, Issue 5, 196).
The article looks at how (i) important FATF requirements, (ii) integral increased enforcement implementation and (iii) litigation to clarify the interpretation of the specific requirements can all work in tandem to ensure greater clarity for both the regulator and the Financial Service Provider and a robust, well functioning system to prevent and detect money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing and sanctions evasion.
